Mountain Island Charter School - Roof Coating

This commercial roof coating project through our We Coat division restored the aging roof of Mountain Island Charter School in Charlotte. The existing roof had reached the end of its serviceable life, but a full replacement would have been prohibitively expensive and disruptive to school operations. Subs and material deliveries are coordinated through us, not through you. Change orders go in writing with cost and schedule impact spelled out before any extra work starts.
