How quickly does We Build respond to consultation requests?

Is there a minimum project size or budget for We Build?

No hard minimum, but practically speaking most of our commercial projects start around $25,000. Below that, the overhead of permitting, project management, and proper insurance starts eating most of the budget - and you are usually better served by a smaller specialty contractor. If your project is sub-$25k or it is really a maintenance/repair scope rather than a construction scope, just tell us. We have a list of trusted Charlotte-area subs and tradespeople we can refer you to. Honest fit assessment is part of the free consultation.

Is We Build licensed and insured for construction in North Carolina?

Yes. NC General Contractor license #85107 (verifiable at nclbgc.org) and SC General Contractor license #122817. For owner-occupied projects: title or ownership documentation if there is any HOA or association approval involved.
