A fast moving, highly professional project on Reliance Ct in Tega Cay. Close to 6,000 sqft, this house will be a modern farmhouse whose beauty will be seen instantly as you pass. Thanks to IKO Roofing and Capital City Exteriors the roof went up extremely fast. All project milestones have been met, and the team is working hard to ensure that the project remains on schedule. The next few weeks will be critical for the project, as we move closer to the expected move in day. We are confident that we will be able to complete the project on time and within budget.
